LOFT History: Lisa began to learn more about and truly appreciate the attributes and importance of organics and biodynamics while at Copia. Lisa, a foodie (and a 20-year vegetarian), wouldn't stop at organic food; after all, what is great food without something great to drink? So she quit her job, mortgaged her home, filled her Emeryville, CA, loft kitchen with organic ingredients and began to experiment (for you). Two years later, with the help of her best friend, Sabrina, and the support of her family and friends, LOFT Liqueurs was born.

LOFT History: Sabrina began working in hospitality while going to college. She chose hospitality because she "liked to be part of something happy in people's lives." She has experimented with many professions: teacher, editor, author, administrative director and political strategist. She came back to the beverage industry when Lisa offered her the opportunity to be part of LOFT and launch the best-tasting (groundbreaking, organic) beverage she had ever tried.
