Lisa's favorite. While the lavender plant is unwilling to let go of its gorgeous natural color, it generously offers up its intoxicating aroma and unique flavor. After testing several varieties we chose one from a farm in Washington State not widely available but particularly known for its sweetness. |
| Lemongrass | |

Our Lemongrass Cello won a medal at the 2007 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The lemongrass itself comes from a certified organic farm less than an hour from the distillery. The liqueur has a lovely sweet lemony quality with the characteristic herbal component making Lemongrass versatile enough to be paired with other fruit flavors or herbs. |
| Spicy Ginger | |

Sabrina's favorite. This was one of our more recent creations and a silver medal winner in the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The first time we tried it, we just knew it was a keeper. The great thing about ginger is the spiciness is not overwhelming and also not lingering. Some pepper-based drinks can be borderline painful! This Ginger Cello gives a gentle heat and then leaves you with the pure flavor of the fresh ginger root. |
